1 / Schedule Initial Evaluation

Athletes must have an evaluation screen/ai motion capture first before joining online training. Cost $175. Call 601-898-1828 or email (madisonpts@gmail.com).

2 / Receive Medically Based Sports Performance Programming

Once the evaluation has been completed and assessed. Athletes begin a curated program to prevent injury and increase overall performance in his/her sport.

3 / Stay in the Game

No one starts a sport hoping they get plenty of time on the sideline. We want to stay healthy and perform at a high level for as long as possible.
